"Women do it differently". In a business world which is predominantly a male culture, Christina will focus on the skills which women (and men) apply to boost success. A trained NLP Master Practitioner, Counsellor and Coach, she will help you to uncover your hidden talents, bring out your strengths and set your goals. Over twenty years in education and management, Christina's area of expertise is people. As a life long educator, she believes in the importance of role models, self-belief and the images projected by and around women. Primary focus is women, but all aspects of Diversity; race, ability, age, etc are examined in workshops. Alternatively you can the amusing and stimulating talk on Overlooked, Overshadowed and Outrageous Women, which can be altered to fit any audience, including all male. Apart from motivational speaking and NLP coaching, she interviews successful and interesting women as role models, for new/old entrepreneurs and especially young women entering the world of work.
